A provisional booking will be held for 7 days during
which we need your written confirmation of booking and payment of
deposit of One Third of the total holiday price.
The full balance of payment is due 8 weeks
before the start date of the holiday. If the balance is not paid
by the due date, it is assumed that the holiday will be deemed to
have been cancelled and the deposit will be forfeit. If a cancellation
occurs after the full amount of accommodation costs have been paid,
all costs will remain payable by the person making the booking. If
however we are able to re-let the property, the deposit will still
be forefit, but at our discretion the balance of the accommodation
costs paid may be returned to you. In such a case, every effort will
be made to re-let the property.
Should the property become unavailable
for any reason for holiday letting (e.g. damage by fire, flooding
or some system fault), all rent and charges paid by the holidaymaker
will be refunded in full, but there will be no further claim against
the owners.
