A large 5 bedroom Georgian house which is ideal for the extended family or a couple of families to share who are looking for space and privacy.

The main lounge overlooking the garden has a stone flagged floor and open fire for atmosphere in addition to the Oil fired central heating. It is fitted with a 32in lcd tv, dvd player and surround sound system. There is also a second lounge with tv and dvd player. The dining room with panoramic fell views has an open fire and polished wooden floor. It has dining facilities to seat 10 for those who wish to eat formally or alternatively the slate flagged floor dining kitchen complete with oil fired Aga and large combi –microwave makes a cosy communal place to share a meal.

This room is also fitted with an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an excellent selection of pans, serving ware & utensils. There is also a large walk in pantry/store room with washer/drier and built in boot storage racks.

Downstairs WC cloakroom with plenty of coat hanging space.

Upstairs there are 5 good sized bedrooms all fully carpeted, 3 doubles & 2 twin rooms. All rooms are fitted with period antique furniture with features such as marble washstands. One double has an ensuite shower room. There is a very large house bathroom with oversized double ended bath and a separate power shower in a large corner fitting.
